This flexible, remote position is ideal for someone experienced in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers. You’ll play an important role in helping us grow our team by identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth, professional recruitment process.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referral networks.Application Review: Screen resumes and assess candidates for experience, skills, and cultural fit.Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, maintaining clear communication between candidates and hiring managers.Candidate Communication: Ensure a positive candidate experience with consistent, professional updates throughout the process.Support Offers & Onboarding: Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination as needed.Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Activity Reporting: Track recruitment activity and share updates to support efficiency and transparency.QualificationsPrevious experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or agency environment.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Access to LinkedIn Recruiter and active use of it for sourcing.Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles at once.Active LinkedIn profile for outreach and job postings.Skills & AttributesSelf-motivated and proactive.Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.Professional and friendly communicator.Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.About JL ClosetsJL Closets, based in Boca Raton, FL, is a leader in high-end custom closet and storage solutions.
