The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they can successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the client's needs by matching clients with the company's recruiting needs. In order to do so, candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company in order to become an effective talent partner.Work Location: Mercury Tower, BTS ChidlomHybrid work: 3 days in officeResponsibilities- Research and build relationships with new clients- Engage and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients- Understanding clients’ businesses and identifying their recruitment needs- Understanding the job requirements and sourcing, screening, matching suitable candidates to appropriate roles, negotiating offer terms of an agreement and placing candidates successfully- Follow up and give feedback to the Career Advisor team about the status of the candidate’s interview- Plan and work with the team to develop business proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives- Meet and exceed assigned individual KPIs and revenue targets- Perform other related duties as required.Qualifications- Thai native speakers - Bachelor or higher degree in any field.- Have working experience of at least 1-2 years as a recruitment consultant, sales experience or related field-New graduates are welcome - Being sales orientated and having worked to targets and on commission- Ability to communicate in EnglishBenefit:-Social Security Fund-Group Insurance (After Probation)-Provident fund (After Probation)-Annual health check-up-Salary adjustment-Commission-Incentive-Company Party-Company Outing
