We're seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage our recruitment life cycle and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.What you'll do:We're a fast-paced business and this role will cover bulk recruitment strategies focused on identifying the top talent the market has to offer.DutiesReview resumes and job applicationsAssess candidate qualifications, experience, and skillsHeadhunt suitable candidates based on position requirementsCoordinate and conduct interviews using reliable toolsLiaising accurately and timeously with candidatesIssue teacher service agreementsUtilize the company recruitment platformManage and build internal and external relationshipsReport back on daily activitiesPromote us as an "Employer of Choice"Collaborate with the team to improve systems and processesRequirementsCandidates must have:Bulk recruitment experienceESL teaching or TEFL experience preferredInterviewing expertiseExperiencing in headhunting and lead generationAn understanding and ability to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment processA solid social media presence and willingness to work on platforms such as Facebook. Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedInStrong administrative skills and attention to detailInnovative thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Strong communication and decision-making skillsC1 level proficiency in EnglishStrong interpersonal and conflict management skillsThe ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong negotiating and influencing skillsThe ability to work well in a teamThe ability to be flexible and adaptable to changeBe a self-starter who is comfortable prioritizing tasks and working towards daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
