Location: Kuala LumpurIndustry: Top Finance IndustryWorking Hour: Normal Working HourKey Responsibilities:Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employee personnel.Maintain and update contract records, ensuring accuracy and timely renewals.Liaise with external parties and internal teams to support recruitment processes.Ensure documentation compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.Assist in preparing reports and resolving general queries related to staff.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and other tasks as assigned.Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree in any field (HR, Business, or related fields are a plus).Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training and guidance will be provided.Strong communication and time management skills.Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.Able to handle multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
