If so, we want you on our team!!Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, Inc. is now seeking a RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR! This is an in-office, where you’ll have the strong advantage of personal interaction amongst team members and clients. This is a Temp to Hire role.Schedule is as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:The primary function of the RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR is to –· Collaborate with internal staff, to confirm hiring needs and requirements.· Answering High Volume phones.· Utilize recruiting techniques, social networking, and other sourcing tools to identify candidates.· Scheduling interviews with candidates for Recruiting Staff, as to measure their skills against the requirements of open requisitions.· Collaborate with teammates to effectively implement hiring techniques and recruiting strategies.· Set clear goals and benchmarks for the Recruiting Staff.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:· Experience in the staffing industry and/or agency recruiting experience is a HUGE plus!· Results-focused, team-oriented and a nerves of steel work ethic.· Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.EDUCATION & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS· High school diploma or equivalent required.· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred· Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.· Excellent verbal and written communication.· Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.· Prolonged standing.· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
