We are an established leading contractor that offer our employees long term, ongoing work across our Australian operations.Currently we have exciting opportunities for Recruitment Coordinators to join our CBD head office on a full time permanent basis.THE ROLEAs a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and engaging core blue-collar personnel for our shutdown operations. You will be joining an established, collaborative recruitment function focused purely on recruitment, supported by a dedicated onboarding team that manage the mobilisation process. Our well-structured recruitment function is backed by defined workflows and a bespoke, state-of-the-art planning and onboarding system which makes high-volume recruitment more efficient and manageable than in most other environments.This Role Will EncompassBlue collar recruitment for roles including Fitters, Boilermakers, Electricians, Riggers, Scaffolders and Trades AssistantsWorking in fast-paced environment with high-volume of candidate engagementReviewing and assessing of qualifications, tickets, and documentationPresenting at weekly 'Recruitment Days' for new employeesBuilding strong relationships and provide recruitment advice with hiring managersBe part of a wonderful team environment with excellent opportunities for developmentAbout YouThe successful candidate will have experience in blue collar recruitment, ideally within the resources industry, and be comfortable managing high-volume processes. You bring a positive attitude, strong drive to deliver results, and the ability to balance competing priorities.Knowledge of mining related qualifications, tickets, and licences; AdvantageousHigh levels of self-motivation with the ability to work with, and manage conflicting prioritiesExcellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detailPersonable with the ability to build relationships with candidatesPrevious experience with PageUp will be highly regarded.IN RETURNYou Will Be Joining An Existing Team That Will Give You The Onboarding And Training To Create a Successful Career With Linkforce.
