Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to streamline our hiring operations. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers by providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support throughout the recruitment cycle. You will work closely with hiring teams to coordinate interviews, manage pre-employment checks, and assist with onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.Handle logistics and communication for virtual and on-site interviews.Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal tracking tools.Welcome and guide candidates during in-person interviews to create a positive experience.Support pre-employment verification and offer letter generation processes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient recruitment operations.QualificationsExperience: 2–4 years in recruitment coordination or staffing.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues contribute to a collaborative and productive recruitment environment.Familiarity with ATS platforms and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage scheduling across multiple time zones and regions.Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.Adapting to changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving recruitment needs requires flexibility and the ability to remain composed under pressure.Negotiating interview schedules, and other recruitment-related matters requires strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
