The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting business functions. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth in these complex and fast-evolving markets.Key Responsibilities Include:End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates for various roles & Business Functions. Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels to proactively build a talent pipeline for sales, marketing, IT and other roles. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies, ensuring timely and efficient hiring decisions. Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate’s experience by providing clear communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Employer Branding: Support initiatives that strengthen Millerknoll’s employer brand. Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure that recruitment practices align with diversity and inclusion goals, creating a diverse candidate pool for all roles. Essential Experience:To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following:Bachelor’s degree in any field3–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with focus on sales, marketing and IT roles. Experience in hiring sales positions for international locations is a must. Excellent in sourcing through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, cold calling and innovative methods. Good in advance excel and reports. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions.
