You will help improve operational efficiency, support team performance, and ensure smooth execution of business workflows across departments such as Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.This role requires someone who can balance process management with team coordination, monitor operational KPIs, and support improvements across functions while fostering collaboration and accountability within the team.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management & Process ImprovementEnsure adherence to SOPs by monitoring processes across sales, operations, and support functions and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.Conduct routine quality checks and audits to ensure operational compliance and data accuracy.Support cross-functional teams in implementing new processes, tools, and operational initiatives.Help guide teams through updated workflows, new tools, and operational changes.Identify operational challenges and assist leadership in implementing solutions to improve efficiency and team performance.Team ManagementLead and support the Operations team, helping with onboarding, training, and capability development.Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support professional growth.Assist in workforce planning, ensuring adequate coverage during peak operational periods.Maintain a positive work environment and promote collaboration across teams.Data Analysis & ReportingTrack and monitor key operational and sales metrics, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into team and departmental performance.Analyse data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support operational improvements.Sales Operations SupportOversee daily sales operations, ensuring leads, CRM hygiene, and sales funnel processes are followed consistently.Support sales leadership by reviewing dashboards, highlighting insights, and recommending improvements.Assist with onboarding and training the sales team on tools, processes, and performance expectations.Qualifications and ExperienceExperience: 4+ years in operations, business operations, or sales operations; experience in education or ed-tech is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and support teams effectively.Key CompetenciesProcess Orientation: Ability to streamline and improve workflows.Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Team Coordination: Strong people management and team support skills.Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and consistency in operations and reporting.
