This is a player-coach role — you’ll manage, mentor, and drive the performance of the team, while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver on critical hires across multiple markets.What You’ll Do:Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with business goals and hiring targetsPartner with leadership and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategiesActively manage a portfolio of requisitions — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidatesBuild, maintain, and present advanced reports, dashboards, and data insights (Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar) to track team performance and hiring metricsMonitor key metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and recommend actions to improve outcomesEnsure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment processDrive process improvements, best practices, and adoption of recruitment tools/technologyCollaborate with Ops, HR, and hiring managers to support seamless onboarding of new hires.
