Our people deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity every day.Job SummaryAs a Recruitment Coordinator (Analyst level) at Accenture Egypt, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to coordinate interview logistics, manage candidate communications, and maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are passionate about talent acquisition and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.Manage and track candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance.Support recruiters in posting job requisitions, screening CVs, and managing candidate pipelines.Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-onboarding documentation in collaboration with HR and the hiring teams.Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and process efficiency.Liaise with global and regional recruitment teams to ensure alignment with Accenture’s hiring standards and policies.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment operations and candidate experience.Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or administrative support (preferably within a multinational environment).Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Arabic.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo).Preferred:Experience supporting high-volume or regional recruitment.Familiarity with HR metrics and data reporting.Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
