We are a leading recruitment agency based here in Dubai since 2010, handling Digital, Tech, Consulting, Luxury retail and FMCG sectors across MENA.Recruitment Intern: 4 month internship and the opportunity to become a permanent employee.We are looking for a passionate and driven professional who thrives in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining the highest service levels to meet our client and candidates requirements. You will be supporting our recruitment/sales efforts and play a key strategic role during this time of exciting transformation.This position is a resourcing and consultative driven role with the key functionality to identify passive candidates and manage the full recruitment cycle for permanent vacancies within a variety of industries.Sourcing and headhunting talent locally, regionally, and globally for core and niche functional roles at various levels - from junior to MD.Responsible for managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients and be pro-active in developing valuable, long lasting relationships through your business development and direct advertising.Placing the right candidate into the right role and completing the full end to end recruitment process whilst successfully achieving your targets and KPI's within this results-orientated business.RequirementsAny prior work/internship experience in sales or service-oriented businessMust be based in the UAESuperior analytical and verbal communication skillsAbility to deal with ambiguity and learn on the flySelf-directed with a strong drive for resultsEffective team player and cross-functional contributorThe ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a keen interest in analyzing and solving tough business problems.
