Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear performance goals and ensuring alignment with client priorities.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.Allocate and prioritize requisitions across the team based on workload and urgency.Recruitment DeliveryManage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for client needs.Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates for open requirements.Oversee background checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales teams to understand job requirements, skill priorities, and timelines.Client & Stakeholder ManagementPartner with Client Account Managers to ensure smooth communication and delivery.Understand client expectations and ensure quality talent delivery within agreed SLAs.Handle escalations, feedback, and corrective actions efficiently.Process ExcellenceStandardize and optimize recruitment workflows and metrics.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and client requirements.Implement best practices for sourcing, candidate engagement, and data management.Reporting & AnalyticsTrack team performance metrics (submissions, interviews, closures, TAT, etc.).Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership review.Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvements in strategy and process.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience: 6–10 years in recruitment/staffing, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead or supervisory role.Strong experience in IT/Non-IT staffing, contract hiring, and direct placements.Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment analytics tools.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
