The Recruitment Manager will lead the integral talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that we attract, engage, and retain the best talent for our dynamic and constantly evolving operations. This role requires a strong balance between people leadership and data-driven decision-making, with responsibility for managing recruitment performance metrics and preparing executive reports for the C-suite.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and guide the recruitment team to achieve timely, high-quality hires across multiple departments.Design and execute effective attraction strategies for positions in BPO, technology, and corporate areas.Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce planning and align recruitment priorities.Oversee the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, ensuring a strong employer brand.Manage and analyze recruitment data, preparing dashboards and reports for the C-suite to guide strategic decisions.Monitor and improve key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates.Implement process improvements and leverage technology to optimize recruitment efficiency.Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through professional networks, social media, and strategic partnerships.Ensure all hiring activities comply with labor laws and company standards.RequirementsEnglish B2+ / C1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 in a leadership or management role.BPO sector is a plus.Strong analytical skills with experience in data management, report generation, and presenting results to senior leadership.Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment analytics tools, and Excel or BI dashboards.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
