Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager, located in Rawalpindi. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Qualifications Proficiency in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewingExperience in developing recruitment strategies and collaborating with department headsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain a talent pipeline and handle onboarding processesExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrior experience in a recruitment or HR role is preferred
