We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely mannerManage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboardingEstablish relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needsConduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, providing feedback to applicantsDevelop job postings and manage job boards in all our social mediaParticipate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, to promote the companyMaintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processesRequirements and QualificationsProficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related softwareKnowledge of employment laws and best practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAble to multitasks and prioritize effectivelyWilling to fully WFO at West Jakarta, IndonesiaWe have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaboration, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail).
