Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Abuja. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees. The individual will also be tasked with developing and maintaining communication with potential candidates and participating in job fairs and recruitment events. Qualifications Experience with Hiring and Recruiting processesStrong Interviewing and Communication skillsAbility to develop and conduct effective Training programsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the real estate industry is a plus
