DescriptionJob Title:  RecruiterReports to:VP Human ResourcesLocation:E-11/2, Islamabad (Onsite)Timings:2:00 PM - 11:00 PMSummary:We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and is skilled in screening and talent acquisition. This role plays a key part in building a strong talent pipeline to support our organization's growth and success. The skills we’re looking for include excellent organization ability, familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills. Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.Develop and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and company career portals.Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Coordinate and manage recruitment events such as job fairs and campus drives.Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure proper documentation.Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.Carries out any additional duties as assigned by the manager.Requirements: Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Extremely strong communications skills.Ability to organize, prioritize and self-manage workload, Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.Hands-on experience with HRMS or recruitment modules in HR softwareStrong work ethic and attention to details Qualification: Bachelors Degree in HR
