Parker Russell Lahore office is hiring a Recruitment Officer for its UAE based project located in Gulberg, Lahore.Recruitment Officer will assist with the recruitment and on-boarding of workers by executing all administrative, coordination, and on-boarding tasks in a structured and time-bound manner. This role focuses on volume hiring, candidate documentation, and follow-through of all on-boarding logistics.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilityRecruitment CoordinationCoordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.Screen candidate CVs and assist in shortlisting by trade/skill.Schedule trade tests, interviews, and prepare evaluation summaries.Track and organize all incoming CVs, passports, and trade certificates.Collect and verify pre-employment documents (IDs, photos, visa docs).Support bulk hiring reports for management review.On-boarding & DocumentationIssue offer letters and employment contracts.Ensure timely collection of documents such as passports, police clearance, trade certificates, etc.Organize on-boarding checklists and schedules.Data Entry & ComplianceMaintain accurate trackers of candidate status, joining dates, and document submissions.Archive digital files and generate daily/weekly recruitment progress reports.UAE Visa & Work Permit CoordinationCollaborate with the PRO for blue-collar employment visa processing (GAMCA, E-visa, Emirates ID).Verify and organize visa-related documents from candidates.Track visa status and notify relevant stakeholders of progress.Support ticketing and deployment scheduling once visa is issued.Experience Required2-3 years in manpower coordination or recruitment admin.Familiarity with worker documentation processes (GAMCA, visa, medical) is a plus.Prior experience with high-volume recruitment preferred.Education:Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or other related fields
