This role involves driving recruitment strategies, ensuring timely closure of positions, enhancing candidate experience, and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and capable of leading and mentoring a high-performing recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsKey Responsibilities Lead, guide, and support a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and performance standards. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer roll-out. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define hiring plans and strategic workforce needs. Allocate hiring priorities and responsibilities within the team to maintain optimal workflow. Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social platforms. Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure quality and role-fit alignment. Conduct regular performance reviews, track recruitment KPIs, and ensure adherence to SLAs. Implement process improvements, best practices, and data-driven hiring strategies. Maintain recruitment dashboards, weekly/monthly reporting, and analytics for leadership review. Train, mentor, and upskill team members in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, standards, and data privacy requirements. Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. 5-8 years of recruitment experience with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven expertise in end-to-end hiring across diverse roles and functions. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. Practical experience with ATS platforms and major job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed). Strong analytical mindset with focus on timelines, quality, and outcomes. Ability to manage multiple hiring needs concurrently and perform well under pressure. Ideal for women professionals skilled in multitasking with proven team leadership and client management capabilities. Work Arrangements Full-time Work-From-Home role based in Bengaluru. Must have a personal laptop with updated antivirus, stable broadband connection, and a smartphone. Required to attend in-person meetings once or twice a month.
