ResponsibilitiesThe Recruitment Supervisor oversees the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates aligned with the company standards and client requirements. This role leads the recruitment team, establishes sourcing strategies, maintains talent pipelines, and ensures compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.At least 3-5 years of solid experience in recruitment, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and employment regulations.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.Results-driven professional with expertise in recruitment, employment regulations, and people management.Willing to undertake fieldwork.
