Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the recruitment teamDevelop and execute recruitment strategies for various rolesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboardingBuild and maintain talent pipelines for critical positionsCoordinate with department heads to understand staffing needsMonitor recruitment metrics and report on hiring performanceEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policiesMentor and train recruitment team membersRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field5 years’ experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years in a supervisory roleExperience in staffing for logistics, manufacturing, or corporate sectors preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with HRIS, ATS, and MS Office
