We Are Hiring: Geologist (Rijeka, Croatia)📍 Location: INA Refinery, Rijeka🏢 Client: Lamor (Finland)🕒 Start: As soon as possible📅 Project Duration: 4 months up to 5 yearsOur client, Lamor, a global leader in environmental solutions and oil spill response, is looking for a Geologist to join their team in Croatia for a long-term environmental remediation project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on an impactful international project with strong environmental and safety goals. 🛠 Your Key Responsibilities: Lead field campaigns for the investigation and remediation of contaminated soils, including sampling activities and hydraulic testing.
Monitor and manage subsurface remediation systems, ensuring the correct implementation of techniques. Analyze data, interpret results, and produce detailed technical reports. Collaborate directly with the Project Management team in overseeing environmental projects. Support the Environmental Site Management team, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and quality standards. ✅ Requirements: Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related fields. A valid driver’s license🎯Good to have (but not mandatory)Experience in soil investigation, decontamination techniques, or Environmental Site ManagementBackground in communicating with clients and public authoritiesSpecialization in contaminated soils, groundwater, hydrogeology, or risk analysis🌟 Personal Qualities:
