This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.What You Will DoDirectly grow the plastics division High focus on new supply which includes cold calling to meet our demandWork with existing sales team for supplyDevelop relationships with certain customers and potentially find new demand partnersUse internal GP Recycling capabilities to create innovative structures that are long-term in natureOperate as a principled entrepreneur – treat your business as your own and work with urgencyWork with our capability teams to execute transactionsCreate a superior experience for our counterpartiesTravel to existing and potential accounts across the country to grow your book of business (approximately 30% travel expected)Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)3+ years of experience procuring, selling, and/or trading plasticsEstablished relationships with suppliers or customers in the plastic spaceWhat Will Put You AheadMicrosoft Dynamics experiencePost-consumer or post-industrial plastic experienceFor this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
