You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, architect, and deploy Red Hat OpenShift solutions based on customer requirements.Configure and optimize OpenShift clusters across on-premise and cloud environments.Conduct technical workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions with customers and internal teams.Automate deployments and day-to-day operations using Ansible, Terraform, and related tools.Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Kubernetes, networking, and storage.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration with existing infrastructure.Maintain documentation of designs, procedures, and best practices.Stay current with OpenShift advancements, cloud technologies, and DevOps trends.🎯 Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.Strong background in Linux administration, containerization (Docker, Podman, CRI-O), and networking.Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer engagement and workshops.Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, OpenShift) are highly desirable.🌟 Preferred QualificationsExperience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio).Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Elasticsearch).Understanding of multi-tenancy, high availability, and disaster recovery.Experience in customer-facing technical support or consulting roles.If you’re passionate about OpenShift, automation, and enabling digital transformation, we’d love to hear from you!
