We're as passionate about people as we are about food!About the role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador of Redefine Meat, ensuring that our international customers—ranging from foods service wholesalers to retailers—receive exceptional support and service throughout their journey with us. Your mission:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms like EDIManage customer orders in our system and ensure accurate follow up with our external logistic service providers (LSP’s). Provide timely, accurate, and professional support regarding orders, deliveries, product information, and general inquiries. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply planning teams to ensure seamless availability of our products for our customers. Track and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating where necessary.
Manage the stocks at our external partners accuratelyIdentify opportunities to improve ways of working, customer experience and support continuous process improvement. Stay up-to-date with company offerings, campaigns, and product launches. Available to work from our office in Utrecht as well as our production site in Best. What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, business administration, logistics or other equivalent degree. 0-3 years of experience in a customer-oriented commercial positionStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in working with and ERP system, preferably SAPProblem-solving attitude with a high level of initiative and ownership. Passion for sustainability and innovation in the food industry is a strong plus. Strong numerical skillsFluent in Dutch & English. German is a real plus (additional languages are an advantage).
