Hydropool Inc. is a global leader in the manufacturing of premium hot tubs and swim spas. Based in Mississauga, Ontario, our products are distributed through a network of over 450+ retailers across more than 40 countries.Position Summary:As one of North America's largest manufacturers in our category, we are currently seeking a Regional Account Manager in the Maritimes provinces. This role will focus on driving sales growth, expanding our retailer network, and strengthening customer relationships within their respective territories. This role involves managing a network of dealers while also identifying and developing new market opportunities for Jacuzzi, Hydropool, DreamMaker, and Sundance Spas. The position focuses on promoting and selling spas, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunge tubs. Responsibilities:Responsible for generating regional sales by managing a current dealer base within the Maritimes provinces (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island)Prospect open territory; qualifying companies and signing on new dealers. Act as a strategic partner to our dealers; train dealers in sales, service, operations and marketing functionsAct as a liaison between the dealer network and the company to solve problems, clarify policies and procedure and maintain good working relationshipsAdhere to territorial spending goals and budgetsAdditional duties as assignedRequirementsMinimum 5 years of field (outside) multi-regional sales experienceExperience in overseeing and maintaining numerous accounts across various regionsWillingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationallyProven success meeting sales goals consistentlyExperience in pool and spa industry is highly preferredField travel by car (including overnights, if required by regional geography)Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointProficient in using CRM systemsThe statements in this job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
