Your mission: raise the bar for automation, instrumentation, and electrical systems to make operations safer, smarter, and more efficient.You’ll work closely with site teams and global partners—sometimes on the shop floor, sometimes remotely—to design smart, scalable solutions that make a lasting impact.This role is perfect for someone who:Works independently, owns their results, and loves turning ideas into action.Communicates clearly in English across different cultures and levels.Enjoys mentoring others and spreading best practices.💡 What You’ll DoLead the regional roadmap for automation and instrumentation, aligning priorities with business and engineering goals.Deliver smart solutions that improve safety, reliability, and efficiency across multiple sites.Integrate and optimize systems such as PLCs, SCADA, and DCS for better plant performance.Partner on digital projects to ensure automation systems enable strong data and analytics.Build standards and coach teams to strengthen automation and instrumentation capability in the region.Collaborate globally to share knowledge and adopt best practices.🎓 What You BringBachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Control Engineering (or similar).10+ years of experience in automation and instrumentation—ideally in chemical or batch manufacturing.Proven skills in PLC, SCADA, and DCS integration and in leading automation projects.Ability to work independently, influence others, and build trust across teams.Strong English communication and a collaborative mindset.Willingness to travel up to 50% across the IMEA region (mainly Turkey, Saudi Arabia, India, and Africa).🌱 Why This Role MattersYou’ll join a forward-thinking team that drives automation excellence across continents.
