So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.The Regional Compliance Manager (Transportation) supports the implementation of Wolt’s transportation compliance framework within assigned regions. The role focuses on executing compliance activities, supporting fleet onboarding and monitoring, and ensuring fleet and courier partners operate in line with applicable transportation, social responsibility, legal, insurance, and financial regulatory requirements.Working under global compliance leadership, the role contributes to regulatory risk mitigation and consistent compliance execution across local markets.What you’ll be doingRegulatory Compliance & Operational SupportSupport the implementation of transportation compliance requirements for fleet and courier partners within assigned regions.Conduct regulatory research and monitoring of transportation and social responsibility regulations (Employment, Tax, Social Security, Insurance, ESG) relevant to regional operations.Support the translation of regulatory requirements into operational controls, audit frameworks, procedures, and guidance for country teams.Act as a regional point of contact for transportation compliance questions and issues.Fleet Onboarding, Monitoring & DocumentationSupport country teams in the onboarding and compliance monitoring of new fleet partners.Review and validate fleet compliance documentation (Employment, Tax, Social Security, Insurance, ESG) for countries in scope.Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date compliance records for fleet partners.Assist in identifying compliance gaps and tracking corrective actions.Risk Assessment & AssuranceSupport the coordination of risk assessments for new and existing fleet partners and help track mitigation actions.Lead and participate in transportation compliance audits, including preparation and follow-up activities.Support ongoing monitoring activities under the ‘Global Fleet Compliance Program’.Stakeholder Collaboration & TrainingWork closely with regional operations, legal, finance, and fleet partners to ensure consistent compliance execution.Support education and training initiatives related to transportation compliance requirements.Escalate significant compliance risks or issues to global compliance leadership as required.Our humble expectationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.Experience in Transportation Compliance, Quality Compliance, or Transportation Risk Management.Working knowledge of transportation and social responsibility regulations at EU and local levels.Familiarity with fleet compliance documentation and risk mitigation practices.Exposure to audits or compliance monitoring processes is mandatory.Core CompetenciesStrong attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindsetGood organizational and coordination skillsAbility to work effectively with multiple stakeholdersHands-on, proactive, and solution-orientedExperience working in international environmentsFluent in English; eligible to work in the EUThe salary range for Poland for this role is 13614-17017 PLN gross per month. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
