Join our dynamic team as a Regional Financial Controller, where you'll provide financial oversight and leadership across multiple manufacturing locations.What You'll DoAs a key member of our finance team, you'll:Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policiesLead standardization of reporting and internal controls across sitesDrive process improvement and support new systems implementationConduct SOX testing and implement corrective actionsHire, train, and mentor plant controllersStep in as acting controller when neededPartner with management on planning, forecasting, and continuous improvementPrepare and review budgets, forecasts, and operational analysesKey ResponsibilitiesReview monthly reports, journal entries, and reconciliations for accuracy and complianceDevelop tools/templates in Excel, Adaptive, and PowerPoint to support standardized processesSupport cross-functional initiatives and best practice implementationPerform internal control reviews and support audit requirementsProvide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making at all levelsBuild working knowledge of Microsoft NAV ERP (and future systems)Supervisory ScopeDirectly manage 2-4 team membersCollaborate with plant controllers, corporate finance, and operations leadersWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CMA, CPA, or MBA a plus)5-7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing accountingStrong knowledge of standard costing, inventory, AP, payroll, and receivablesProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systemsExcellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindsetWillingness to travel up to 50%Why Join Us?This is more than a job-it's a chance to shape financial strategy, mentor rising talent, and drive operational success across a growing organization.
