This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Mexico City, MX or Miami, FL***This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner, managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. Regional benefits will apply depending on the country of hire.How You Will Make An ImpactYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.What Your Day-to-day Will Be LikeInteract with Senior Management of Hotel Operations, property GMs, and Directors of Finance, with respect to the performance of operations finance and help analyze financial Information, Corporate Strategies, Internal Controls, or governmental regulations.Prepare high-level presentations and summaries for use by Senior Management and communicated to Owners. Ensure proactive communications to owners relative to financials or any issues related to the Management Agreement.Lead all aspects of and evaluate business processes to improve efficiency and financials effectiveness within the property finance department.Drive financial performance in the hotels and for the region.Ensure business plan and goals are being followed and achieved or revising the plan when needed.How You Will Collaborate With OthersInteract with Senior Vice Presidents, Area Vice Presidents, and a regional team regarding financial reporting and accountability.Manage the relationships between Operations/ FP&A/ SSO / Tax / Corporate Accounting/ Brand/ HR / Owner Relations and Legal.WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou Have These Minimum QualificationsTen (10) years of work experience, in Operations Finance, Business Intelligence, and Operations Support rolesFluent in English and Spanish including speaking, reading, writing and presentingSix (6) or more years of developing and leading a teamTravel up to 50%, occasional weekend travel based on demandIt Would Be Useful If You HaveBA/BS/Bachelor's DegreeHospitality industry experience in operations finance, business intelligence and/or operations support rolesPrevious experience managing finance aspects of hotel openings or closuresWhat It Is Like Working For HiltonHilton, the #1 World's Best Workplace, is a leading global hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of world-class brands.
