The OpportunityAs a Regional Director at ModernFi, you will work directly with the leadership team to grow and support our bank and credit union clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving product adoption, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. We are improving the ways that banks and credit unions operate and, in doing so, contributing to the stability of the US economy.The RoleResponsibilitiesLead the institution activation process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active usage of ModernFi's platformBe a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize all platform featuresOversee joint marketing activations with clients, coordinating between internal teams (Institution Success, Marketing, Sales) and client stakeholdersProvide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyRegularly check in on client usage, identify patterns, and proactively suggest ways to increase platform utilizationDevelop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as the primary point of contactWork closely with founding team and the Institution Success team to develop strategies for increasing client engagement and usageIdentify and communicate upsell opportunities based on client's strategic growth goalsGather and communicate client feedback on the product to drive platform improvementsAbout YouEnergized by collaborating with clients and experience in a revenue-generating function5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management or similar rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing and internal interactionsEnergized by meeting with key partners in person (and willingness to travel accordingly)Proven ability to manage multiple clients and work streams simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailHigh level of organization and professionalism, and comfort with data-driven marketing practicesAbility to handle nebulous problems and shifting priorities with flexibility, patience, and skillExcited by the prospect of life- and career-changing work in a startup environmentHigh EQ, trustworthy, and calm under pressureStrong understanding of financial systems, markets, technology, and bankingAbout UsThe caliber and character of the ModernFi team set us apart.We value competence and drive over experience and look for compassionate people with a diverse set of backgrounds.
