Exciting Opportunity: Regional Director of OperationsCurrent Candidate Location Preference: Must be currently based in either San Francisco or Los Angeles, CA (no relo)CORY is hiring a Regional Director of Operations who is passionate and driven about leading teams and driving operational performance, ready to innovate and make a real impact every day. Your experience must include leadership, financial management (i.e., variance reporting, accruals, reforecasting, budgeting, and ownership reporting), customer service excellence, sales, and property/project management (including responsibilities such as overseeing major R&M, capital improvements, etc.).About Our Client:Our client is an innovative real estate owner-operator that manages a national network of flex-office spaces to support small- to mid-sized businesses.
