Operational ManagementOversee daily operations of all facilities within the region.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.2. Financial PerformanceDevelop and manage regional budgets.Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.3. Staff Leadership and DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor facility directors.Foster a positive and productive work environment.Ensure adequate staffing levels and employee satisfaction.4. Resident Care and SatisfactionEnsure high standards of resident care and services.Address and resolve resident and family concerns.Implement programs to enhance resident satisfaction.5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must be a self-starter and creatively solve problems.Licensure: Active LALDTravel:Must be willing and able to travel frequently to all assisted living communities within the regionAbility to manage onsite visits for operational support, leadership coaching, and compliance checksComfortable with regional travel schedule (approximately 60–70% of time on-site)Ready to lead with confidence and purpose?
