GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESThe Regional Facilities Manager plays a key operational role in executing the company’s facilities strategy within an assigned cluster of offices and branches. This role is responsible for overseeing cluster-wide maintenance operations, managing MEFP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, and Plumbing), monitoring budgets, resolving site-level issues, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This position acts as the primary escalation point for Area Managers and Cluster Heads within the designated cluster, ensuring seamless alignment with facilities standards while responding to local needs.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Related Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-site facilities management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Experience in industries such as retail, logistics, or manufacturing.Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following): Strong knowledge of MEFP systems, maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and contractor oversight.Skills: Strong budget management, analytical, and reporting capabilities.Effective leadership and stakeholder communication skills. Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and Microsoft Office Suite. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic & Operational PlanningExecute short- and long-term facilities strategies within the assigned cluster.Forecast maintenance needs, identify opportunities for improvements, and support capital planning efforts.Optimize space utilization and operational efficiency across offices and branches in the cluster. Budget ManagementManage the operating budget for facilities within the assigned cluster.Monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and implement cost control measures.Assist in the preparation and justification of capital expenditure requests for cluster-level projects. Vendor & Contractor ManagementOversee service providers and contractors delivering maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and security services across the cluster.Ensure service levels are met and performance is aligned with contract terms. Maintenance & OperationsLead the maintenance and repair of all building systems within the cluster.Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure operational reliability and equipment longevity.Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and internal maintenance protocols. Project SupportSupport or manage small- to mid-scale capital improvement projects, including renovations and system upgrades.Maintain oversight of project budgets, schedules, and contractor and construction team performance to ensure quality outcomes. Compliance, Safety & Environmental ManagementEnsure all offices and branches within the cluster comply with applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.Conduct safety audits, enforce compliance programs, and support emergency preparedness efforts.Promote a strong culture of safety and operational excellence. Team & Stakeholder CollaborationAct as the key escalation point for Area Managers and Cluster Heads for any facilities-related concerns.Guide and support site-level facility teams and technicians across the cluster.Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery supports operational goals. Reporting & CommunicationProvide regular reporting on cluster facility metrics, including maintenance KPIs, compliance status, budget tracking, and project updates.Communicate key updates to the Facilities Operations Manager and Facilities Management Head and provide insights on operational challenges and opportunities. Sustainability SupportChampion sustainable practices within the cluster, including energy conservation, recycling, and waste reduction initiatives.
