Work closely with product managers in assessing, suggesting competitive and key product features and monitor and assess retention/attrition indicators to support customer cross sales and retentionCustomer Experience-Take full ownership of all issues related to customer dissatisfaction within assigned area to ensure consistent delivery of a quality service in all aspects related to a sales and service cultureAudit and Compliance-Work closely with colleagues within assigned area and monitor the day-to-day operational running of area Branches against audit, compliance and operational risk requirements to ensure adherenceBranch Transactions-Liaise with product/segment and operational support teams to implement new products/processes and monitor Branch operational activities including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, security and safety through exception reporting to ensure efficient operation and management of full service branches within assigned region. Monitor Branch Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), ensure timely resolution of all complaints, frauds, losses or regulatory requirements and escalate significant issues to head of branch network in order to create and maintain appropriate levels of operational focus, integrity and control strategies within assigned regionRelationship Management-Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and clients in order to ensure desired levels of customer service and the objectives of the BankPeople Management- Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance. Manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximize overall performance, engagement and motivationBudget Management- Contribute to the preparation of the business area’s budget and manage and monitor the financial performance against the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized uponPolicies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovationContinuous Improvement- Identify opportunities to contribute to organizational and departmental change initiatives, programmes and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environmentCustomer Service- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactionsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience At least 9 years of experience in the Banking industry in the role of a Branch Manager (operational level)Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/BankingManagement and leadership skillsStrategic planning and change managementTime management and organizational skillsMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)At ADCB, we are dedicated to creating a respectful, caring and disciplined work environment that aligns with your career ambitions.
