As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence within logistics operations, ensuring the achievement of KPIs, and improving operational practices. You will oversee end to end logistics operations and contribute to cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvements across the organization.Key Responsibilities Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing Analyse and implement corrective actions to make sure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture Manage and Optimize Logistics Operations: Oversee and manage end to end logistics processes. Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise productivity and improve customer experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to standardise logistics processes. Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and develop the logistics team to achieve performance goals. Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and maintain high levels of motivation. KPIs and Reporting: Track key performance metrics (Logistics Cost, Delivery Success rates, DSP performance) and use data to drive decisions for operational improvements.Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of E-Commerce logistics operations management experience. Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysPreferred Qualifications Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
