Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSEAudit and manage the security framework, policies, and procedures related to Security & Monitoring Department,in line with international standards and best global practiceKey Results Accountabilities Provide support to relevant parties in formulating, reviewing and adding security clauses to policies and procedures within RTA, and audit their implementationProvide support in preparing the annual budget and forecasts, implement policies, assess and suggest specific amendments during the implementation of Security & Monitoring Department to meet operational needsAdhere to all policies and procedures manuals related to information security and protection at the Roads and Transport AuthorityEnsure that all security procedures and policies are in line with policies, procedures, environmental aspects, health and safety standards, quality standards and requirements of the Road and Transport AuthorityPerform other tasks and responsibilities related to the position as assigned Prepare security studies for RTA architecture projects and oversee the implementation to ensure compliance with approved standards and specificationsAct as a focal point in RTA for responding to all security incidentsDevelop plans and procedures for security vetting and inspections regularly and in the event of incidents atvarious locations of RTA and its facilities, aiming to achieve security controlDevelop and implement risk assessment and response plans in collaboration with RTA agencies and sectors to identify risk levels, facilitate the preparation of security mitigation plans, and prepare reports and recommendationsPrepare and develop security scenarios and standards for various levels of security alerts and response plans in collaboration with relevant partiesPrepare and monitor corporate security training plans to enhance security awarenessDeal with all directives of top management and prepare regular security reports and analysis on the overall status of corporate security activitiesReview drills and exercises plan in collaboration with the concerned teams and ensure its implementation according to approved plansDevelop and enhance the security strategy ensuring alignment with RTA's strategy and best global and innovative practicesPrepare and develop systems, processes, and standards related to corporate security in collaboration with all agencies and sectors within RTA and monitor the compliance of their implementationPrepare and develop the corporate security framework to support policies, processes, procedures, and management systems to achieve Security & Monitoring Department objectivesSupervise and continuously monitor the protection procedures for RTA's facilities, employees, and operational processesWork closely with Directors, CEOs, teams, and relevant units related to security to ensure compliance with corporate security requirements on projectsQualificationsCRITICAL COMPETENCIESKnowledge, Skills And Experience Behavioral CompetenciesCreativity and InnovationEvoking and Transmitting Positive EnergyCommunity Service and Responding to Customer NeedsExcellence in Execution Technical CompetenciesSecurity analysis - Technical reportsEducationBachelor's/master's degree in law or security from an accredited institution.
