As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our employees, guests, and assets.Oversee and manage the security team, providing leadership, guidance, and trainingDevelop and implement comprehensive security protocols and proceduresMonitor and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systemsConduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threatsRespond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergenciesCollaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessaryEnsure compliance with local security regulations and company policiesPrepare and maintain accurate security reports and documentationConduct investigations into security breaches or suspicious activitiesManage the scheduling and deployment of security personnelStay updated on the latest security technologies and best practicesQualificationsProven experience in security management, preferably in a supervisory roleIn-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practicesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively at all levelsDemonstrated crisis management and problem-solving skillsProficiency in operating and managing security systems and technologiesPhysical fitness and ability to respond quickly to emergenciesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing a safe environmentExperience in luxury and upscale segments is highly preferredFamiliarity with local security laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAEValid security license (if required by local regulations)Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
