Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Officer - Talent Acquisition Team at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) located in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting candidates using various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to define hiring needs. Additionally, the Senior Officer will be involved in developing recruitment strategies, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. Qualifications Proficiency in Arabic and English communication skillsExperience in talent acquisition, recruitment process management, and developing recruitment strategiesSkills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managersKnowledge of employment laws and recruitment complianceStrong organizational and administrative skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the real estate industry is a plus
