This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, exceptional client relationship management, and the ability to provide tailored solutions that align with each client’s unique needs. You will be responsible for sourcing premium properties, negotiating high-value transactions, and delivering an unparalleled client experience. If you have a passion for luxury real estate, a strong network, and a results-driven mindset, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your career.Qualifications Required:● Bachelor's / master’s degree in business administration, or related field.● Years of experience in luxury real estate, property consulting, or a related high-net-worth client-facing role.● RERA certification or willingness to obtain one (mandatory for practicing in Dubai).Key Responsibilities:● Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and direct marketing.● Conduct market research to stay up to date with current trends, property values, and competitor activities.● Actively build and maintain a database of potential buyers and sellers, ensuring regular follow-up and nurturing of leads.● Conduct property viewings, presenting properties to clients, highlighting key features, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.● Collaborate with property owners, developers, and landlords to list and market properties effectively.● Prepare and present sales contracts, agreements, and related documents accurately and in compliance with legal requirements.● Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand professional networks and promote company services.● Stay updated with industry regulations, market conditions, and changes in property laws to provide accurate advice and guidance to clients.Requirements:● Proven track record of successfully closing high-value property transactions.● Strong network of UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) clients and investors.● Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.● Deep understanding of Dubai’s luxury real estate market, property laws, and investment trends.● Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously with high attention to detail.● Proficiency in CRM software and real estate platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, PropertyFinder, etc.).● Multilingual skills (English is required; Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese is a plus).● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored investment solutions.What you get:● Accommodation provided● Investor Leads● Marketing Support for Personal Brand building● Training, Tools and Mentorship● Exclusive Off-market inventory● Solid Commission Structure
