Regional Head – F&B Operations & Business Development (Private Lounge Expansion)📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (with GCC regional oversight)💼 Industry: Luxury Hospitality / Private Lounges / F&B Operations🕒 Seniority: Senior Management (Minimum AGM grade; GM level preferred)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced senior hospitality leader to drive the expansion and operational excellence of a premium private lounge business across Dubai and the broader GCC region.This is a hybrid role that combines F&B operations management with business development and regional leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy, ensuring world-class service delivery, and establishing the brand’s footprint in key Middle Eastern markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead market expansion of the private lounge business in Dubai and other key GCC cities.Oversee F&B and lounge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury and 5-star service standards.Develop and execute business development initiatives to drive profitability and brand visibility in the region.Provide strategic leadership and direction to country and regional teams — all heads of the respective regions will report directly to this role.Establish operational standards, training programs, and service protocols consistent with global brand expectations.Identify partnership opportunities and manage key stakeholder relationships with landlords, investors, and strategic partners.Work closely with senior leadership to define and implement regional performance targets and growth strategies.RequirementsSenior management experience in F&B or hospitality operations, preferably at AGM level or above (GM preferred).Proven track record in luxury or 5-star hotel/lounge environments — private lounge or VIP club experience highly desirable.Strong understanding of premium F&B operations, guest experience, and service excellence.Experience in regional expansion, business development, or new market entry within hospitality.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams across multiple markets.Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Deep familiarity with the Dubai and GCC hospitality landscape.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English required (Arabic or Mandarin a plus).Why This RoleUnique opportunity to build and scale a luxury private lounge brand in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.Blend of strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight.Work with a visionary team shaping premium lifestyle experiences across the GCC.
