Job DescriptionFinancial Crime | KYC | Client Onboarding | Managed ServicesSingapore or Hong Kong | Hybrid model, with regular in-person client interactions as requiredAbout The RoleWe’re looking for a driven and commercially-minded Sales Manager to help expand our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Financial Crime business across the APAC region.In this client-facing role, you’ll support the full sales lifecycle—owning prospecting, proposal development, and early-stage solutioning.This is a high-growth area of the business, with a strong client base and ambitious expansion plans. You’ll work alongside experienced delivery leads and subject matter experts to grow revenue and build trusted partnerships with some of the world’s top financial institutions.What You’ll Be DoingSupport and execute the go-to-market strategy for CLM and Financial Crime services across APACBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying new opportunitiesAssist in creating and delivering commercial proposals, pricing models, and RFP responsesLead prospecting efforts, from first meetings to pitch presentations, with support from senior leadershipUnderstand client challenges across onboarding, KYC, and regulatory change—and position Delta Capita’s solutions to meet these needsAttend industry events and client meetings to build market visibility and generate leadsJob RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement in financial services or consultingPossess a well-established professional network across relevant industriesKnowledge of Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, onboarding, or Financial Crime frameworksExperience with Managed Services, RegTech, or transformation delivery modelsExposure to or involvement in delivery planning, implementation, or solution scopingStrong commercial acumen and understanding of enterprise sales processes: RFPs, pricing, stakeholder managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across stakeholder levelsA self-starter mentality with the confidence to operate autonomously and drive initiatives forwardProven ability to take ownership of opportunities, follow through with precision, and deliver results under pressureA natural sense of initiative and resourcefulness, with a track record of identifying opportunities and creating momentumA desire to be part of a high-growth team, with the ambition to scale business and grow within the roleWhy Join Delta CapitaJoin a growing global firm with a strong track record in CLM and Financial CrimeBe part of a high-growth team backed by deep expertise and delivery capabilityWork alongside senior sales leaders and subject matter expertsHybrid working and direct access to top-tier clients in financial servicesLearn, grow, and make a visible impact across a key area of the businessHow We WorkDelta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
