As Regional Head of Sales, you will build trusted partnerships with key decision makers, such as senior school leadership teams, to help them develop strategic overseas travel programs aligned with educational goals, risk management, and safety best practices.Key Responsibilities- Lead relationship-driven business development with genuine focus on delivering meaningful, life-changing experiences for students.- Work closely with school leaders to craft overseas trip strategies that promote personal growth, leadership, and empathy.- Ensure every tour aligns with industry-leading safety and risk management practices.- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Student Horizons’ purpose and values.- Represent a purpose-driven organisation committed to making a positive impact on young lives.About YouYou are a strategic thinker and relationship builder motivated by purpose as much as commercial success.
