Position OverviewThe Regional HR & Administration Manager will oversee human resources and administrative operations across African countries, ensuring local factory operations align with the Groupâs strategic objectives while driving regional efficiency and compliance. This role requires strong proficiency in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with the Group headquarters team in China.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy & Management:Develop, improve, and implement regional HR policies and processes.Oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance management, and employee relations across the region.Lead training and talent development programs to strengthen local team capabilities.Drive team-building initiatives and enhance employee engagement.Monitor regional HR metrics and provide insights to Group management for strategic decision-making.Administration & Logistics Support:Oversee all administrative and logistics operations across the regions. Including transportation, staff housing, canteens, security, and related support services.Ensure workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance across all sites within the region.Compliance & External Relations:Ensure all HR and administrative operations comply with local labor laws and Group policies.Oversee employee work visa and permit processing.Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant government departments and local authorities.Regional Coordination & Support:Support the initial planning, set up, and preparation of new factories and offices across the region.Serve as a liaison between headquarters and local team within the region to ensure smooth communication and coordination.Lead and mentor regional HR and administration team.RequirementsBachelorâs degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Administration Management, Business Administration, or related fields.CIPM (Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria) certification or equivalent recognized HR qualification is required.At least 5 years of HR and administrative management experience; experience in multinational companies or companies in Africa region is preferred.Business proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required. French proficiency is an added advantage.Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong resilience and problem-solving abilities. Strong compliance and risk awareness, with the ability to ensure HR policies and practices adhere to local labour law and corporate standards.
