We have a rare opportunity for a Regional Manager to lead our Tauranga office, following the impending retirement of our long-serving regional leader.We are looking for an experienced and inspiring business leader to take the helm of our Tauranga region, this is a key leadership role responsible for driving growth, nurturing client relationships, and empowering our people to deliver excellence across every project and discipline. You’ll shape the strategic direction of the region, ensuring strong financial performance, quality delivery, and continued innovation.About The RoleThis is a pivotal leadership position within our business, responsible for driving growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across multiple engineering disciplines.The Regional Manager will lead our Tauranga team with vision, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, overseeing business operations, project performance, financial outcomes, and client satisfaction.Key responsibilities:Lead and inspire our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellence in engineering design and consultancy services.Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships across the Bay of Plenty and wider regions.Develop and implement strategies for sustainable growth and regional performance, and drive strategic and sustainable business growth, aligned with our company objectives.Oversee project performance, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes.Foster a culture that reflects our values and encourages innovation, learning, and teamwork.
