This also means that all of our 35 homes are completely unique, designed to meet the individual needs of our residents and make the most of the home environment and its surroundings.About The RoleJob OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our team in our Yorkshire region. You will be passionate, energetic and engaged to deliver quality care and be involved in all areas of People, Quality and Performance - our 3 pillars, by effectively managing and supporting our team of Registered Home Managers. Naturally, it is important you share our Company Values of Family, Honesty and Respect. You will ideally be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration together with previous experience of managing a region of nursing and residential homes.Job ResponsibilitiesTo lead and mentor a team of Registered Home Managers across the region, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration to ensure key metrics under our 3 pillared approach are being achieved.To work closely with colleagues in Operations, People, Quality and Finance to align with company objectives and strategic plans.To build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures governing our care homes through regular audits and inspections to maintain ‘Good’ CQC ratings.Ensuring the smooth operation of the Home's Quality Management System through regular reviews and audits, together with ensuring sustained progression with the Home’s Improvement Plans.Qualifications And SkillsProven experience in a senior management role within health and social care sector, particularly in elderly care homes.Successful track record of managing multi-site operations and leading teams to achieve strategic objectives.Strong knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements and standards relevant to care home services.Exceptional leadership, communication, IT, and people skills.Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance performance.Commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting the well-being of residents.Familiarity with IT systems and industry-specific digital software.Willingness to travel within the region and to other locations as required.Strictly no agencies - any CV's submitted on a speculative basis will be discounted from the recruitment process.Skills NeededRelationship, Managerial / Operational, ServicingAbout The CompanyWe treat all of our residents as individuals.
