Job Posting for: Regional Manager - New JerseyPosition Objective: The Regional Manager position is tasked with the management of District Managers and support teams in their assigned region, with a focus on the professional development of their direct reports. This role also acts as a mentor and business consultant for the successful operation of AlphaBEST sites and locations.Salary: 70 - 75k depending on experienceKey Responsibilities And DutiesOperations: Execute AlphaBEST operational strategies to improve performance for the region and drive success across existing contracts.Customer Focus: Ensure all AlphaBEST sites are clean, safe, inviting, and well-maintained to meet health and safety guidelines. You will also create and implement action plans to meet annual continuous improvement goals and contractual deliverables, ensuring customer satisfaction.Financial Accountability: Analyze profit/loss data to ensure each school site meets its productivity and financial goals. You will also manage the overall profit and loss (P&L) for the designated region and proactively manage expenses to improve profitability and quality.Operations/Quality Control: Serve as a business leader, guiding staff to successfully operate their locations. You will assess critical performance measures like customer enrollment, retention, productivity, and quality.Team/Talent Management: Develop and maintain a high-performance team, regularly evaluating the performance of Area Managers. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising Area Managers in the assigned region. You will also provide coaching and development opportunities for your team.Business Development: Participate in community engagement to promote AlphaBEST programs. You will also execute all aspects of the AlphaBEST sales process to build enrollment and maintain consistent customer satisfaction.Position SpecificationsEducation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Three to five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and multi-site management experience is required. Experience in leadership, business management, education, sales, or strategic partnerships with school districts is also preferred.Knowledge: The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep knowledge of staff licensing files and childcare regulations. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and have IT fluency, particularly with Microsoft Office.Abilities and Skills: Must have excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment is also required.Personal Characteristics: Must be a positive role model who can provide a supportive work environment and build positive relationships.Work Requirements: This is an office/hybrid position. Travel to local area program sites is required.
