If you believe that your people are your greatest asset and have a track record in retail or commissioned sales as a multi-unit leader in a highly transactional, fast-paced retail environment, this role will be a great fit.A DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS MEMORY MAKER:Champions our Mission, Values, and Customer BeliefsMaintain the highest standards of personal and professional conduct.Leads all sales activities and initiativesOversees consistent implementation of processes and policy standards across stores Own and drive sales performance in 6-10 locations in the RegionRecruiting, hiring, and retaining top talentBe a hands-on, energetic sales leader with a passion for retailInstruct, demonstrate, practice, and validate a clearly defined sales process with your team Organize multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines.Maintain the highest standards of personal and professional conduct.Maximize your own potential through continual self-improvement and accountability.Focus on our customers’ needs and strive to exceed their expectations.Recognize others value and work together in a respectful manner.Seek efficiency through improving processes and technology.Be accountable to hit the following numbers each week: Revenue to Budget, Sleep Budget, Diamond Care (Furniture Protection), and Sales Per GuestWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Big Box retail management, selling culture requiredMust have a track record in retail or commissioned sales and/or general management experience in highly transactional, fast-paced retail environmentExceptional people skills and strong work ethic requiredHistory of successfully managing a team of 100 or more associates is preferredAbility to handle highly confidential information discretely and professionallySuperior interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time-managementComputer skills/technology skills, iPads and tablet skills, and mathematical skillsAbility to perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of managementWORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT:Position requires extensive travelValid Driver's License including a favorable driving recordThis role is primarily performed on the salesfloor.
