You’ll be responsible for driving profitability, overseeing market execution end-to-end, and ensuring flawless coordination between schedules, invoicing, and payments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help us scale sustainably while making an impact in the local sports community.About us:GoodRec started 4 years ago with a small community in Brooklyn, New York. Since then, we have grown into the largest pickup sports app in North America. With the GoodRec app, finding a one-off pickup game, league, or tournament near you is fast and easy. All you have to do is tap the app, join a game, and show up ready to play!What you’ll doAs a Regional Manager, you will:Lead and oversee the full cycle of operations in your assigned market, ensuring efficiency and profitability.Drive at least 25% growth in market profitability, tracking KPIs and ensuring goals are consistently met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BD, Operations, Finance) to ensure the market runs smoothly and sustainably.Use data and analysis to forecast demand, optimize schedules, and identify opportunities for growth.Ensure game schedules are properly created, updated, and aligned in the app.Minimize errors in operational processes by implementing checks, monitoring performance, and refining workflows.Manage invoicing and payments to guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.The ideal profileProven track record of driving revenue and growth.Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent attention to detail for managing payments, invoicing, or other operational financial processes.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.Passion for sports, communities, and building things from the ground up.Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and eager to take ownership.Some key requirementsMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations, sales or business development, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.Native English level: fluent verbal and written communication.Full-time availability.Some perks you’ll enjoyCompetitive salary with opportunities to growInternational teams with diverse cultures🚀 This is your chance to be part of an international team that is shaping the future of sports worldwide!
